Dear Editor,
Regarding your editorial "The Mideast Erupts, Israel is entitled to retaliate. And then what?"... Yes indeed and then what. And so it has been since modern man made Israel came into being as "the Jewish State", shifting the racist hate of World War II into an entirely new theater where it is has found old homes to ruin and fresh blood to spill.
Rocking the cradle of civilization with bullets and bombs is hardly a civilized thing to do ! We must practice what we preach. End our own state sponsored terror and our foolish investments in the institutionalized bigotry of political Zionism. End the concentration camp called Israel.
End Israel gently, with compassion and dignity. Its been a dangerous delusion all along and we are wrong to idolize it... All the children of Palestine need to be able to return to their ancestral homes in all of Palestine. And all the children of the world need to return to the very real hope of a just and lasting peace.

Dear Editor,
Yes, Israel stands alone, the hated nation, fully funded by American fools such as our AIPAC addled Congress which simply does not understand what exactly they have been idolizing all these years with billions and billions and billions of our hard earned tax dollars, plus many a private donation.
We have been empowering and protecting a concentration camp called Israel. A place that empowers bigotry and hate- building segregation, injustice and ever escalating war. We have been arming a war machine that itches for a clash a civilizations and eggs it on in every way it can.
We have been had by crooks, con artists and expert propagandists who have methodically stolen Palestinian land, rights and life and profited from Palestinian pain... and since racist Israel has been able to destroy secular resistance to such blatant injustice- Islam has risen to resist.
Still optimist enough to actually believe in American ideals of real democracy with full and equal rights for ALL- I'd like to see a Resolution calling for racist Israel as the "Jewish State" to be gently but firmly dismantled and disarmed. Let Palestine and the Palestinian refugees return in full to rebuild a decent society and a just and lasting peace for ALL God's children.

America does not face a quandary- America faces a a fiasco of escalating hate and war everywhere if we don't abandon the toxic delusion and bigoted idea of Israel as "The Jewish State" . The war machine of injustice that has been stealing and destroying Palestine.
Yes every sovereign nation does have a right to defend itself- and America as a sovereign nation should start noticing that we need to defend our own nation from the many perils of political Zionism. We are not Israel and fact is Israel really is not our friend !
Free Palestine and America too- all with one leap into the solid logic and compassion of The Golden Rule.
